We are committed to providing exceptional mental health care to our patients. We understand that accessing affordable and quality psychiatric services is essential for your well-being.

Payment & Insurance

We accept a wide range of insurance providers, including Aetna, CIGNA, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TriWest and Providence, with Moda and United coming soon.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, and you have out of network benefits, we can assist in processing your claims directly with your insurance. We can review and discuss your benefits and the anticipated costs associate with treatment.

Understanding the complexities of insurance coverage and mental health services can be overwhelming. Our knowledgeable staff is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have regarding your specific insurance plan. We will help verify your coverage and explain any co-pays, deductibles, or other fees associated with your insurance plan, allowing you to make informed decisions about your mental health care.

By accepting Aetna, CIGNA, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Providence, we aim to provide comprehensive psychiatric services to a wide range of individuals and families in our community. Our experienced and compassionate team is here to support you on your journey to mental wellness.

We also offer cash-pay rates for individuals not using insurance or who want to submit claims on their own. We can provide you with a detailed statement, or superbill, for services that may be covered by your insurance as out-of-network benefits. This document contains all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We do not bill insurance for Ketamine therapy, but will provide you with a superbill which you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Service Fees and Rates

Visit Type- Fees / Rates

Initial evaluation/consultation (60 minutes) – $350

Follow-up evaluation (30 minutes) – $150

Telephone Consultations/Case Management – $200/hr (billed in 15 minute intervals)

Ketamine Therapy – $400-600/session depending on the type.
